Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and uphold cash policies.
  • Operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Proficiency in operating a cash register and store equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask efficiently.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Combination of education and experience will be considered.
