Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key player, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
  • Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is an advantage.
