Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring the store's merchandise is well-maintained, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with team members to enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
  • Provide top-tier customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with the team and management
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
  • Follow company policies, ensure data security, and perform assigned tasks
  • Perform physical tasks like stocking shelves and lifting merchandise

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Operate cash registers and store equipment efficiently
  • Understand and follow company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
