Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining product stock levels, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-organized and clean to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, aiding shoppers in their buying journey.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct store inventory counts, and report any issues.
  • Adhere to cash-handling policies, follow company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Capable of working independently or in a team environment with attention to detail.
