Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a vital member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining product stock levels, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-organized and clean to provide an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, aiding shoppers in their buying journey.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, conduct store inventory counts, and report any issues.
- Adhere to cash-handling policies, follow company procedures, and uphold security measures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Ability to operate a cash register, equipment, and perform general cleaning tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Capable of working independently or in a team environment with attention to detail.
