Job Description

As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. You will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness. Working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the overall efficiency of store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
  • Assist customers with their shopping experience and provide exceptional service
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years old
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service
  • Efficient cash register operation
  • Safely operate store equipment
  • Interpret and apply company policies
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Work independently and in a team environment
  • Stay organized, detail-oriented, and multitask efficiently

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail work experience preferred
