We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our customers. By providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with the Aldi team, you will contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for all.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly display merchandise
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Provide feedback on products and inventory
  • Participate in inventory counts and cash management
  • Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling
  • Ability to follow cleaning standards and company procedures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Retail experience beneficial
