Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store maintains its optimal appearance. Providing exceptional customer service and collaborating effectively with the Aldi team will be essential to enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Key Information

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Performing general cleaning duties and stocking shelves neatly.
  • Assisting customers with their shopping experience by offering exceptional service.
  • Collaborating with team members and providing feedback to the management team.
  • Participating in inventory counts and monitoring inventory accuracy.
  • Adhering to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Prior retail experience is preferred.
