Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. You will collaborate with team members and management to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including maintaining store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate equipment such as a cash register, hand jack, and floor scrubber.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
