Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.


  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during their shopping experience.
  • Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain the overall store appearance.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential work environment.
  • Operate cash registers efficiently and handle customer purchases accurately.


  • Must be 18 years or older to work at Aldi.
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
