Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a store associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) daily.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team and management.
• Give feedback on products, manage inventory, and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, ensure document security, and perform assigned duties.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and equipment like floor scrubbers.
• Capable of lifting up to 45 pounds, stocking merchandise, and standing for long periods.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• High school diploma preferred with prior retail experience.
