Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks including cashiering, stocking shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.
Job Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy of inventory.
- Adhere to cash policies and company procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
