Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the store maintains a welcoming and organized environment for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Stock shelves and arrange merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment.
  • Experience in a retail setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
