Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and contributing to a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security standards

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Efficient cash register operation and equipment handling skills
• Experience in retail environment is preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent
