Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking products, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the store. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide courteous and prompt customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Conduct inventory counts, monitor accuracy, and provide feedback on product issues.
  • Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure security and confidentiality.
  • Operate equipment safely and efficiently, including cash registers and cleaning tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
  • Ability to operate a cash register accurately and handle customer transactions.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with local regulations.
