Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the store's appearance. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week at a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, maintain product displays, and perform cashiering duties efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Ensure accuracy in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment such as floor scrubbers.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
