Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and welcoming store environment to provide exceptional customer service.

Job Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Assist customers with shopping, cashiering, and stocking
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues
• Adhere to cash policies and company procedures
• Participate in inventory counts and maintain accuracy
• Other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Minimum 18 years old
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
