Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies by providing exceptional customer service and collaborating with team members.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs and communicate effectively with the store management team.
• Participate in inventory management processes and adhere to cash handling policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cash registers, handle equipment, and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, with prior retail experience being a plus.
