Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Stock merchandise and maintain displays in an organized manner.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers with their needs.
- Operate cash registers efficiently and accurately.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
- Follow company policies and procedures to uphold store security and confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Capability to operate equipment effectively and follow instructions.
