Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to deliver an exceptional customer shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide efficient customer service and operate a cash register.
• Skilled in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma preferred.
