Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in optimizing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and help with inventory counts.
  • Adhere to cash-handling policies and company procedures.
  • Comply with all company guidelines while ensuring document security and confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
  • Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively.
  • High school diploma preferred, retail experience advantageous.
