Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in optimizing the customer shopping experience through merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
- Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
- Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
- Offer feedback on products, inventory, and help with inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash-handling policies and company procedures.
- Comply with all company guidelines while ensuring document security and confidentiality.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Proficient in providing prompt and courteous customer service.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively.
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience advantageous.
