Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining product availability, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cashiering duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service, assisting shoppers with their needs.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Contribute to inventory management and follow cash handling procedures.
  • Execute general cleaning tasks and maintain store presentation standards.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older to apply.
  • Ability to operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and operate store equipment.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently, following instructions, and multitasking efficiently.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
