Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking product, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
  • Operate cash registers and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
  • Ability to provide courteous and prompt customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to handle and sell alcoholic beverages in compliance with state and local regulations.
