Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and assisting with stocking and merchandising tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management.
  • Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
