Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining product displays, and ensuring the store is organized and clean. This is a full-time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week and a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and store clean-up
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
