Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, customers have an exceptional shopping experience, and products are efficiently stocked and merchandised.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers during their shopping journey.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Perform cashiering duties and adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist in store inventory counts.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
