Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring that our store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, cleaning, stocking shelves, assisting customers, and collaborating with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management
  • Conduct store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures

Qualifications

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service
  • Efficient operation of cash registers and store equipment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior retail work experience preferred
