Job Description

We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the store's appearance. Your primary responsibilities will include cashiering, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the ALDI team.

Job Type

Full-Time position with an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Starting Wage

$17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise display.
  • Provide excellent customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively.
  • Offer feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling policies.
  • Adhere to company procedures and maintain document security.

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
  • Proficient in customer service, cash register operation, and equipment handling.
  • Ability to follow policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.
  • High school diploma preferred, with retail experience beneficial.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous retail experience is a plus.
