Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness in the store, and neatly stock shelves and merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers in their shopping experience and communicate effectively with the team and management.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve store performance.
  • Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
  • Efficiently operate a cash register and other store equipment.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience is a plus.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds and perform various physical tasks in the store.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
