Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain clean store premises, and arrange merchandise displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues to improve overall store performance.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to apply for this role at Aldi.
• Ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Skills to handle store equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience is a plus.
