We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and provide feedback on products and store operations.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
