Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness to create an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Working Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain neat merchandise displays
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
  • Participate in inventory management and cashier responsibilities
  • Follow cash handling policies and uphold company procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Capacity to work independently and in a team setting
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Retail experience is a plus
