Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
  • Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
  • Provide feedback to improve products and store operations
  • Participate in inventory management and adhere to company policies
  • Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Experience in retail and operating equipment preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
