Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains in pristine condition to deliver an exceptional shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues and effectively communicate with store management
  • Offer feedback on products, monitor inventory, and conduct store inventory counts

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service
  • Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
  • Capable of following company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team
