Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and ensuring the store is well-maintained to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
