Job Description
We are hiring a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays
- Deliver exceptional customer service and assist customers effectively
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management
- Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies
- Comply with company procedures and maintain security and confidentiality
Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
- Ability to interpret and apply company policies accurately
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- High school diploma preferred, retail experience a plus
