Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Your focus will be on enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and collaboration with the ALDI team.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure neat product displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
  • Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
  • Follow company policies and procedures with regard to security and confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years
  • Ability to deliver prompt and courteous service
  • Efficient operation of a cash register and equipment
  • High standards in cleaning and organizational tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • High school diploma preferred with retail experience
