Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a valuable member of our store, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Your role will directly impact the customer shopping experience, making it pleasant and efficient at all times.

Position Details

  • Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and competencies in your role.
  • Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and restock merchandise neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members and management.
  • Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register.
  • Knowledge of equipment operation and cleaning standards.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
