Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the store is well stocked, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour and an average of 32-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain neat displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and assist with store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and other related equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
