Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Position Type: Full-Time
  • Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
  • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
  • Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
  • Participate in store inventory counts following guidelines.
  • Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
  • Comply with company policies while maintaining document and data security.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
  • Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
