Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at ALDI. As a key member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining store cleanliness. Your role will involve collaborating with team members to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
- Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the management team.
- Provide feedback on products, inventory, and any issues to the management team.
- Participate in store inventory counts following guidelines.
- Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses.
- Comply with company policies while maintaining document and data security.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
- Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
