Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising and stocking products, assisting customers, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 32-40 hours per week
  • Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy
  • Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures
  • Comply with company policies while maintaining document security and confidentiality
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
  • Efficient cash register operation
  • Safe and proper handling of equipment
  • Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High school diploma preferred
  • Prior retail experience preferred
