Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, and stocking shelves. Your collaboration with the ALDI team will contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly, ensuring a visually appealing store layout.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and related equipment efficiently and accurately.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
