Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Your contributions will directly impact the customer shopping experience and overall store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain accurate cash-handling procedures.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays in an organized and visually appealing manner.
  • Provide prompt and courteous customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Assist in store inventory management and accuracy checks.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
  • Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
