Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at Aldi, you will play a key role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure a top-notch shopping experience for customers. Working collaboratively with the Aldi team, you will provide exceptional customer service and contribute to the efficient operation of the store.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) outlined for the role.
- Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and assist customers.
- Collaborate with team members, communicate effectively with store management, and provide feedback on products and inventory.
- Participate in inventory counts, adhere to cash policies, and uphold company procedures and security standards.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to offer prompt and courteous customer service.
- Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
- Capable of interpreting and applying company policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Meet state and local requirements for alcohol sales.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior retail experience is a plus.
