Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with the ALDI team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Take inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
