Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment to ensure a superior shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies and Professional Skills standards.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly arrange merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in stock inventory counts.
• Follow cash handling policies, company procedures, and maintain security of information.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and adhere to company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
