Job Description

Join ALDI as a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the store is well-organized. As a Full-Time employee, you will collaborate with the ALDI team to maintain product displays, cashier, and support store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer purchases and maintain clean merchandise displays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Conduct inventory counts, report product issues, and follow established company policies.

Qualifications

  • 18 years or older with retail experience preferred.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning tasks.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for teamwork, attention to detail, and multi-tasking.
