Customer Service and Stock Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-maintained and customers receive exceptional service. This is a full-time position, offering 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and ensure data security.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
