Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate Aldi's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
  • Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and keep merchandise displays organized.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management on various operational aspects.
  • Participate in inventory counts and uphold cash handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  • Ability to efficiently operate a cash register and various store equipment.
  • Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
