Job Description
As a Customer Service and Stock Specialist at ALDI, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer shopping experience through exceptional service and efficient stock management. This full-time position offers a starting wage of $18.00 per hour, with an average of 32-40 hours per week.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist with shopping needs.
- Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays neatly.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
- Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts.
- Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
- Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Prior retail experience preferred.
