Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service and Stock Specialist to join the ALDI team. As a Full-Time Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, and ensuring the store's cleanliness. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with team members, processing customer purchases, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets and Professional Skills.
  • Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
  • Participate in inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy.
  • Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.

Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
  • Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Prior retail experience preferred.
